Zero gravity thinking...
A notion proposed by Cynthia Barton Rabe in her book "innovation Killer" might be my latest favorite food for fodder.
The crux is this, knowlege can be innovation's archenemy.
To embody zero gravity thinking, the kind of thinking that is boundless and expansive, the industry's elite must stop talking to themselves and bring the outsiders up to speed. When experts take the time to slow down and fill in the gaps pointed out by the outsiders, innovation springs forth. Rabe suggests bringing in people with Renaissance-thinker tendencies
